PRINTS: Shanghai Icons

Shanghai is a city constructed of a number of different types of architecture, from traditional Buddhist temples to Shikumen lane houses to Art Deco apartment buildings and modern skyscrapers.

Whether they are the best examples of a fondly remembered past or a glorified future, all of the scenes depited in these prints could be considered icons of Shanghai.
